Refund Policy

We strive to always satisfy our clients. In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods please note the return terms below.

  1. Requests to return must be made within 2 days of receiving the goods.
  2. On reception inspect your order. If damaged or incorrect item, send photo or video to requesting a return.
  3. The goods must be “as bought” (unused and with tags).
  4. You need proof of purchase.
  5. We will inform you by email if the refund has been approved (ie it is within the conditions specified above).
  6. DHOW will only accept returns after this email accepting the request.
  7. If approved, the refund will be made by the original payment method. (Note:  it may take some days for the bank or credit card company to process the refund).
