C19 SAFETY GUIDELINES

We’ve always taken health and safety seriously, but have added in additional measures to keep our staff and guests healthy. We sanitize all surfaces every two hours, wash and sanitize all our dishes and encourage any employee who is not feeling well to stay home.

DISINFECTION

We’re going to disinfect everything. Multiple times. Not just the doorknob, your seat and table, but all the small things that get passed around: the pen you’re using to sign the bill, the card reader, the coat hangers, the taps. Our hands, all of the time. Simply everything.

MASKS

Dhow has made us beautiful masks, which we’re going to keep on throughout the day. Trust us, we’re smiling!

DISTANCE

We’ll make it as easy as we can for you to keep six feet of distance between yourself and other guests. You might have to wait outside while other guests are being seated. Needless to say, we’re also going to make sure there’s ample space between you and the party next to you. Similarly, we hope you’ll do your best not to cuddle up too closely to other guests when going for a toilet/smoke break.
