We strive to always satisfy our clients. In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods please note the return terms below.
- Requests to return must be made within 2 days of receiving the goods.
- On reception inspect your order. If damaged or incorrect item, send photo or video to sales@dhow.co.mz requesting a return.
- The goods must be “as bought” (unused and with tags).
- You need proof of purchase.
- We will inform you by email if the refund has been approved (ie it is within the conditions specified above).
- DHOW will only accept returns after this email accepting the request.
- If approved, the refund will be made by the original payment method. (Note: it may take some days for the bank or credit card company to process the refund).
